Who I work with
I work with owners, CEOs, CFOs, controllers and chief accounting officers of privately held international companies seeking to expand their operations into U.S. markets. I provide business and tax consulting to clients of all sizes from startups to market leaders, across a broad spectrum of industries. I also work closely with Americans living abroad and non-immigrant aliens living in the States on expatriate taxation matters.
My specialty
I leverage nearly 40 years of public- and private-sector accounting experience to help international companies create and execute tax-efficient planning strategies. With years of experience as both a CFO and Consultant, I have sat on both sides of the table and empathize with my clients’ business issues and questions. I spend my days consulting with clients personally, solving income tax, bookkeeping and payroll challenges. Cross-border business and tax compliance can get complex, so I make sure to provide prompt answers to questions on hot topics like permanent establishments, shadow payrolls and where to incorporate.
