Her specialties include financial reporting, compliance, and risk management, with a strong focus on treasury and liquidity oversight. Rosie also works closely with executive leadership and boards, helping guide decision-making and long-term planning. As an advisor, Rosie guides institutions through governance challenges and mission-critical transitions. Education & Affiliations
Rosie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Howard University. She is a member of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, the National Association for Colleges and Universities Business Officers, and the Forum for Women Finance Leaders in Higher Education.
