With deep leadership experience in delivering assurance services, Sarah combines technical knowledge with a client-focused approach as she provides audit*, review, and accounting services for private, closely held businesses. She believes that good assurance work starts with understanding clients’ needs and delivering solutions that help them succeed year-round.
Experience
With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, Sarah oversees engagements for businesses in industries such as manufacturing, distribution and consumer products, retail, wholesale, and automotive. She also specializes in employee benefit plan audits. Prior to moving into public accounting, Sarah worked at an architecture firm, performing internal accounting roles. That experience gave her a unique perspective on client needs and strengthens her ability to provide proactive, practical advice throughout the year.
Education & Affiliations
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Portland. She is a member of the AICPA and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she also serves on the Forest Products Committee.
