As tax partner, the core of Stella’s practice is mid-sized businesses, with a heavy focus on serving Asian inbound companies to bridge the gap between language and culture barriers. Her clients are mostly within the manufacturing and distribution industry and vary from startup to companies with almost $1 billion in revenue.
Experience
Stella specializes in foreign inbound tax compliance and consulting with extensive experience serving Asian inbound companies. She helps businesses to navigate complex tax and consulting issues associated with establishing presence in the U.S., M&A transactions and restructuring. In addition, she provides income tax provision and C-corporation tax compliance and consulting. Her team anticipates and embraces changes to help our clients stay ahead of the curve.
Education & Affiliations
Stella enjoys giving back to her professional community through mentoring and assisting economic development organizers to attract more Asian investments to the U.S. She serves as an executive board member of the North America Chinese Chamber of Commerce and past vice chair of the Wake County Economic Development Foreign Investment Committee. She is also a member of the NCACPA and AICPA organizations. Stella is also proud mother of two, and enjoys spending time with her children as well as listening to music, traveling and visiting museums.
