Education & Affiliations

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Taxation from California State University, Northridge. Professionally, Stuart is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA). He is passionate about giving back to the community. He serves as an Officer, Board Member, and Executive Committee member for New Horizons, a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with special needs. Additionally, Stuart chairs the Program Committee and previously served as the Finance Committee chair.
