He has deep technical experience navigating clients through the adoption of new accounting standards, strengthening internal controls, and technical transactions, such as business combinations, asset impairments, consolidations, fair value assessments, and debt modifications. Tom’s audit experience and proven track record demonstrates his ability to address complex challenges and deliver value-driven results for his clients.
Education & Affiliations
Tom earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Scranton. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).
