Dave Little, CPA, JD | Tax Partner, International
Dave Little joins Aprio as an international tax partner. Based in Atlanta, Dave brings more than 20 years of experience advising U.S. and multinational companies on complex inbound and outbound international tax matters. His work spans cross-border mergers and acquisitions, U.S. tax reporting for foreign operations, tax treaties, and international structuring for private and public companies across manufacturing, software, private equity, and specialty finance.
Dave earned a Master of Accountancy and an international MBA from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University. He is a certified public accountant in Georgia and a member of the AICPA and the Georgia Society of CPAs. In the Atlanta community, Dave serves as secretary of Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta, a German-language and cultural nonprofit, and is a former board member of Whole World Improv Theatre.
David Greenamyre, CPA | Tax Partner, Technology
David Greenamyre, based in Nashville, joins Aprio as a tax partner focused on corporate and high-growth organizations. With extensive experience advising public and private companies on complex corporate tax matters, David guides clients to move from project-based tax work to a consultative, managed-services model. His areas of focus include complex tax strategies, tax provision work under ASC 740, specialty tax opportunities, and lifecycle events such as IPO/SPAC readiness and public‑company SEC compliance. He works directly alongside client teams, providing continuity and strategic insight that goes beyond traditional compliance.
David earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a licensed certified public accountant in Tennessee. He also completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
Jeff Ryder | Advisory Services Partner, Aerospace, Defense & Government
Jeff Ryder, based in the metro-Washington D.C. area, joins Aprio as an advisory services partner within the firm’s Aerospace, Defense, and Government practice. In this role, Jeff will focus on expanding Aprio’s advisory capabilities through new capabilities and AI, building on the firm’s strong foundation serving aerospace and defense clients. With more than 25 years of experience spanning management consulting, corporate strategy and executive leadership, Ryder brings a broad perspective to help clients navigate growth, transformation and evolving market dynamics. His work emphasizes delivering trusted, insight-driven guidance that enables organizations to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities in a complex global environment.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in government from Skidmore College, a Master of Arts in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Master of Business Administration in global strategy from Georgetown University.
Rick Paden | Tax Partner, Construction
Rick Paden, based in Raleigh, N.C, joins Aprio as a tax partner with more than 25 years of experience in tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Focused on the construction sector, Rick also brings broad experience across technology, software, manufacturing, distribution, and restaurant businesses.
Throughout his career, Rick has led complex tax engagements and advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and succession planning. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting and a Master of Accounting from Appalachian State University.
