Who I work with
I lead Aprio’s National Dental Practice. When I am not leading our growing staff of dental CPAs and accountants, I serve as a business advisor to dentists and owners of dental practices. I help them make informed business decisions that increase practice profitability, growth and value. I also speak regularly at dental conferences and professional organization events across the nation.
I believe the key to success in any dental or healthcare practice is owner involvement and having a solid understanding of how your financial data reflects what’s going in your practice. I empower practice owners with current metrics to help evaluate both short-term and long-range opportunities. This is how we plan and achieve your strategic goals. I am the guy you call when you want to:
Start a new dental practice
Increase your dental practice’s efficiency and profitability
Plan for dental practice transition or exit
Understand dental compensation models, manage debt and fund equipment purchases
