I work closely with Aprio’s CEO, COO and C-suite leadership, as well as the managing partners and integration managers of newly acquired firms and acquisition prospects, to ensure a smooth M&A integration to become One Aprio.
I support the growth of Aprio’s capabilities, culture and geographic reach through acquisition. I have extensive experience managing M&A deals, conducting business analysis and aligning M&A processes to deliver corporate strategy. I track activities and set priorities to advance companies through the M&A pipeline to transaction and on to integration. It’s my job to make sure newly acquired firms’ people, systems and processes are successfully integrated into Aprio to ensure they can operate as part of the Aprio team from day one.
I have managed over $2 billion worth of M&A deals from due diligence through transaction and integration in the software, risk management and financial services industries.
I am an ordained minister. Dear friends of mine had a dream wedding planned in Chicago, but COVID-19 threw a wrench in their plans. So, they asked me to get ordained so I could marry them in a more intimate setting. What an awesome honor.
Also, I'm a triplet. Even though my brother, sister and I all reside in different states, we still make sure to go on fun annual trips together (Jackson Hole and Key West are on our short list).
I like powerlifting, running endurance races, playing with my dog Zona, traveling and spending time with friends and family. But my favorite activity is snowboarding! Last year, I decided to get back into it in full swing and went to five different mountains to brush up on my skills.
I have completed coursework toward my Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University. I earned my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Emory University and my Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from CPrime.
