I specialize in financial and accounting due diligence, business valuation and M&A transaction accounting. I help clients gain a deeper understanding of the businesses they are looking to buy or sell, which includes providing a granular overview of revenue, earnings and cash flow drivers. When I am not working one-on-one with clients, I lead an experienced team that surfaces and overcomes potential transaction hurdles quickly, enabling clients to successfully close deals in a timely manner. Our team delivers industry expertise and senior-level, Big Four experience to middle-market clients at a fee structure that makes sense.

Earlier in my career, I spent time in a corporate development M&A role. This experience, combined with my 15+ years of transaction advisory experience, has empowered me to execute successful transactions and realize synergies through best practices for managing the consolidated operations post-close.

I am a certified public accountant (CPA) in Georgia and Missouri, as well as a CFA® charter holder (Chartered Financial Analyst).
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business in accounting and finance from Indiana University, and my Master of Business Administration from Washington University.
