Who I work with
I serve as a strategic business and tax advisor to C-suite executives, owners and high-net-worth individuals across a variety of industries, including real estate and construction, dental and professional services, and hospitality.
My specialty
I help clients maximize the profitability of real estate transactions and navigate M&A transitions in ownership. I also provide representation in federal income, franchise, and sales and use tax audits. My 35+ years of experience in accounting, federal and state tax planning, and compliance have prepared me to deliver holistic business strategies that support growth, increase profitability and build net worth.
Unique things about me
This may sound like a contradiction, but I’m an Auburn graduate who just happens to be an Alabama football fan ─ “Roll Tide” ─ and that always leads to spirited discussions.
When I am not at work
I enjoy golf and spending time with my family at our lake cabin. We also love to travel to warm places, and one of our favorite destinations is Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic.
