Who I work with
I collaborate with and advise clients in the blockchain and digital assets, technology, fintech, and financial services industries. These companies range from start-ups to matured businesses as well as publicly-traded companies.
My specialty
With 25 years of experience in public accounting, I specialize in assurance and advisory services which include audits, reviews, compilations and technical accounting, as well as other accounting advisory services. I enjoy thinking outside the box to help clients, and always approach my engagements with an open mind. My guiding principle is to always do what is right for the client and come to the table with solutions.
Results I have delivered
I am result and deadline driven. Whether it is the MTL, MSB or other requirements, I stride to met those promises and due dates. I enjoy the success of my clients.
Unique things about me
While I love my job, I also love a good happy hour with colleagues and clients! Additionally, I am an adjunct professor of Accounting at San Francisco State University, where I serve as a board member in the Lam Family College of Business. I am a big football fan – college and NFL.
When I am not at work
When I am not working, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. My kids are especially important to me! I enjoy traveling with my family – especially to Hawaii and Disney World. I also enjoy volunteering with the Food Bank of San Francisco and watching movies and football.

I earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an M.S. in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas, Austin. I am a CPA in the State of California, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a member in AICPA. I am also an advisory board member at the San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business.
