Who I work with
In my role leading Aprio Private Equity and Transaction Advisory Services, I serve clients in industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing & distribution, education, retail, hospitality and professional services with transaction sizes from $1 million to $300 million. I advise Private Equity clients in sizes up to $6 billion.
My specialty
In my capacity as Partner-in-Charge of Aprio Private Equity, I partner with Private Equity clients to leverage Aprio’s comprehensive suite of advisory, audit and assurance, tax, wealth management, and outsourced accounting services to help investors:
Improve the quality of due diligence and financial reporting
Implement tax strategies that support profitability
Analyze data and measure performance
Develop and implement portfolio company performance improvement strategies
As Partner-in-Charge of Transaction Services, I develope structures, perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence, provide closing guidance and post-transaction integration planning and execution.
Results I have delivered
I lead a growing team of professionals with over 75 years of combined Big 4 and middle market transaction experience. On average, I oversee 80 transactions annually and my team serviced $2 billion in Private Equity and Strategic transactions in 2019 alone.
Unique things about me
I have a passion for college football. I am Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Advisory Board Member, an avid Alabama football fan, and member of the Red Elephant Club.
When I am not at work
In my time out of work you will find me with my wife and kids. We love cheering on our favorite sports team (Roll Tide) and spending quality time at the beach. We consider the beach our “home away from home” and we love exploring new beaches we’ve never been to before.
