I work with a variety of clients in healthcare, from hospitals and health systems to providers themselves. I also frequently work with healthcare lawyers and private equity firms looking to acquire healthcare practices. The work I do is scalable, which allows me to serve this diverse range of clients — regardless of who you are or what your needs are, I can ensure you receive the guidance you need.
My specialty
I specialize in analyzing and advising upon the integrity, stability, and sustainability of physician/provider revenue, service mix, production, and operations.
One of my strengths is understanding the distinct vs. overlapping decision-making needs of providers, practice leadership, healthcare counsel, portfolio companies and private equity, as well as the nuances of the ownership and organizational structure (i.e., independent, hospital/health system, private equity-backed portfolio company, etc.). For example, documentation of services is used clinically by providers, must meet payor and regulatory requirements to a compliance leader and drives reimbursement to a CFO. Documentation services are important to all, but seen through a different lens by each. I specialize in scoping and presenting client work in a way that considers the responsibilities and priorities of the various stakeholders.
Results I have delivered
I have developed a “best in class” suite of healthcare business intelligence (BI) models and cloud-based dashboards that inform Aprio clients quickly, meaningfully and directionally on revenue cycle performance, coding patterns, utilization and financial benchmarking, transactional diligence/post-close strategy, and more.

I am actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Health Lawyers Association, Health Care Compliance Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association and Medical Group Management Association.
When I am not at work
When I am not working you can catch me spending time with my family – Chuck, Jack, Caroline, and our two dachshunds, Blue and Gumbo. I enjoy fashion and décor/design and love a good glass of wine!
