Who I work with
I work with high-net-worth individuals, private equity investors and owners of family-held businesses in commercial and residential real estate, retail and professional services.
I use my considerable real estate experience to advise real estate clients on complex 1031 exchanges, implementing strategic plans to maximize tax deductions including estate and trust planning, cost segregation studies, and entity selection and structuring. I have significant experience advising partnerships and S corporations, and helping clients navigate M&A transactions and multistate tax planning and preparation.

I am passionate about helping my clients solve business challenges. I am always looking for new opportunities to help clients support their business objectives and personal financial goals.
