Who I work with
My clients include commercial and residential real estate owners and developers, specifically within the multifamily and affordable housing sectors. I work closely with presidents and accounting managers of property management companies, as well as controllers, CFOs and presidents of real estate development firms.
My specialty
I specialize in providing audit services to the affordable and multifamily housing sectors, focusing specifically on U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) projects. I have significant experience in cost certifications, identifying low-income and new-market tax credits, and helping developers and authorities overcome any challenges in the auditing process to deliver quality financial reporting to meet tight deadlines.

Over the course of my 25-year career, I have become a recognized financial reporting specialist and strive to provide unparalleled technical excellence and support. I am also a certified CaseWare trainer and consultant, and continue to educate and share my knowledge with internal Aprio professionals.
Unique things about me
Fun fact: I met my husband while playing coed flag football! He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and I graduated from the University of Florida, so we have a healthy SEC rivalry when it comes to our college teams.
When I am not at work
I spend a lot of time watching my daughters play softball on their high school and travel teams, and I also cheer on the Atlanta Braves and Florida Gators. Outside of sports, we love visiting our family in Clearwater, Florida — the sunsets there are incredible.
