Who I work with
I work with a broad range of public and private multinational companies on a diverse scope of compliance and planning projects. My clients consist of both inbound and outbound taxpayers spanning a large variety of industries and specialties.
My specialty
I focus on global cash tax reduction and effective tax rate planning; cash repatriation strategies; and global structuring considerations for M&A activity, including tax-efficient structuring options and cross-border financing strategies.
Results I have delivered
I provided foreign tax credit planning for a Fortune 20 publicly traded company, resulting in cash tax savings in excess of $50 million USD per year.
Unique things about me
My wife and I are big craft beer fans and have been to over 400 breweries in the United States and abroad.
When I am not at work
I am an avid traveler and enjoy outdoor activities like backpacking, hiking, fishing and boating. I’ve been to 20 US National Parks and over 20 countries.
