Who I work with
My clients include entrepreneurs, investors, family offices and fiduciaries in various industries, including technology, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, biotech and services. Much of my work involves collaborating with professionals in various fields, such as lawyers, bankers, investment advisors and other tax experts. The size of my clients ranges from start-ups to mid-sized companies with revenues up to $500 million.

My specialties include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international business structuring and global investment tax planning. Over the past decade, I have assisted my clients through various stages of their business cycles, including setting up proper organizational structure and business models, fundraising, entering new markets, acquiring or exiting businesses, and ensuring their continued success. Additionally, I have experience representing my clients before the IRS to resolve international tax disputes and offshore tax compliance matters.
Results I have delivered
I’ve worked on M&A transactions with a total deal value of over $5 billion. One of the most challenging but rewarding projects I was involved in helped a client reduce their global tax rate from 120% to 50%.
Unique things about me
For my 30th birthday, I decided to do something a little out of the ordinary and go skydiving. It was such a wild experience and I felt like I had been reborn. All my senses were heightened and I gained a new appreciation for nature. When my feet finally touched the ground, I was grateful to have all my limbs and the ability to walk again. That experience sparked a love of nature in me and reminded me to appreciate everything I already have.
When I am not at work
I like spending my days lounging in a chair with a book in my hands under the Southern California sun. My dog, who has a tennis ball at the ready, is always by my side.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Guilin University of Technology, an MBA and Master of Science in Accountancy from the California State University, Los Angeles. I am a member of the AICPA, CALCPA, CFA Institute and CFALA Institute.
