Who I work with
I work with the owners of small- to medium-sized closely held businesses with revenues from $5 to $150 million in industries including construction, distribution, trucking and solid waste industries.
My specialty
My specialties include tax planning and compliance matters, general business planning as well as finance and growth consulting. I have over 40 years of public accounting experience and I truly enjoy helping clients navigate the day-to-day challenges that growing small- to medium-sized businesses face.

I have guided 3 of my larger clients in the successful sale of their businesses, working closely with them to obtain financing and bonding.
Unique things about me
My wife and I currently have our fifth rescue dog, a chocolate lab.
When I am not at work
I enjoy nature and the great outdoors, and I like to fish and hunt. My wife and I enjoy sporting clays as a couple and we like to travel.
Affiliations
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am a licensed CPA in both New Jersey and New York, and I am a member of the AICPA, NJSCPA and NYSSCPA. I also serve as the Treasurer of a sportsman club with over 1,000 members.
