Who I work with
I serve fintech and healthcare IT companies from pre-revenue startups and growth-phase companies to mature market leaders. My clients include SaaS, software developers and integrators, online payment processors, hardware and device manufacturers, and crypto ventures.
My specialty
I use my 20+ years of strategic business advisory and tax planning experience to help my technology clients increase profitability and accelerate growth. I provide clients fast access to expertise and services that support rapid response to growth opportunities. These include capital raise preparation resources and investor introductions; R&D tax credits to fund innovation and increase cash flow; and data privacy and security services to meet vendor, industry, and regulatory requirements including PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST CSF and HIPPA attestation.
Unique things about me
I swam competitively in college and returned to the sport for 2 years later in life to compete at the Masters-level. I hung up my trunks and goggles after reaching my goal to qualify for the Nationals meet in both Backstroke and the Individual Medley.
When I am not at work
I enjoy spending time with my wife and children and enjoy family vacations. One of my favorite things to do is have friends and family over for weekend BBQs.
