I work with dental practices of all sizes, from small one-location practices to large multi-location practices and MSO/DSO’s. I connect practices with valuable resources that can improve operations and control costs, such as dental supply companies and software providers.

I am a dental practice growth specialist with practical experience across the dental industry. I show dental professionals how to increase the profitability of their practices, create high-performing teams and reclaim personal time to enjoy life. My expertise includes software training, practice management, on-site and virtual practice analytics and operational consulting. I provide my clients with unique insights gained from my hands-on experience working as a dental hygienist then as a vendor and consultant.

I help my clients identify financial goals and achieve results that move them closer to their desired outcomes. My personal achievements include moving a single practice from $2 million to $6 million in under 5 years.
Unique things about me
My husband and I love to cook and entertain. We have a YouTube channel called Vince and Mare Cook Italian.
When I am not at work
My husband and I love hanging out with our three dogs Dante, Fiona and Chip. We enjoy spending time in the garden, and travel to Disney World as often as possible.

I earned my associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Camden County College, Blackwood, NJ, and I am a former Fellow and member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.
