I work with Agile transformation leaders, senior leaders and executives at mid-size and large companies across industries who are driving continuous improvement initiatives. I also work with Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Project/Program Managers and other practitioners executing agile frameworks who are looking to enhance their skills and connect with the broader Agile community.

Results I have delivered
I have successfully transformed over 10 teams to Agile methodologies, boosting output velocity by 25-50%, launched a firmwide “Automation Idea Challenge” that yielded 91 process automation ideas, reduced time-to-market on new capabilities from 9 months to 3 months through scaled Agile adoption and orchestrated the transition of over 1,500 users from Zoom to Teams via Agile and change management.
Unique things about me
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Georgia in 2014, hitting as many road trip tourist traps as we could on the way. I’m also an amateur movie trivia expert.
When I am not at work
When I’m not at work I love spending time with my wife and two daughters, whether it’s unwinding in woodland cabins or “glamp”grounds or attending baseball and hockey games. I also like to spend time trying to automate my home as much as possible, including optimizing the performance of my robot lawn mower.
