Small Business Subcontracting Plan eSRS Reports Due Tuesday, 10/30!

October 23, 2012

Large business Federal contractors with small business subcontracting plans are required to complete reporting via the Electronic Subcontract Reporting System (eSRS) no later than Tuesday, October 30th! For this semi-annual reporting period, contractors must complete both their Individual Subcontracting Reports (ISR) and Summary Subcontracting Report (SSR).

For GSA Schedule contract holders, timely subcontract reporting is a requirement and is an evaluation factor during Contractor Assistance Visits (CAV). Failure to meet subcontracting goals or failure to report on time may result in receiving a rating of “Serious Concerns Exist” on your GSA Report Card, which can negatively impact your ability to renew your GSA Schedule contract.
