I specialize in helping housing authority professionals achieve their objectives. I have deep experience in auditing public housing authorities, am a real estate assessment expert and have considerable expertise in multifamily audits and the submission of annual financial statements. I also provide guidance and supervision to our staff auditors to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.

I have over 20 years of experience working with HUD and the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC), and I have audited housing authorities all over the United States. I deliver excellence on time!

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Alabama. I am currently President of the Housing Finance Professionals of Alabama, which provides peer support among public housing authority chief financial officers and controllers in Alabama.
