Who I work with
As the head of the Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Practice for Aprio, I work with forward-thinking CEOs and CFOs of blockchain companies as well as businesses that want to capitalize on the business opportunities of digital assets. This is an exciting, dynamic space and our team works tirelessly to provide insight, consultation and guidance to clients on cryptocurrency opportunities, solutions and regulations.
My specialty
I spend each day guiding a team of professionals who help venture-backed startups and growing companies capitalize on opportunities with outsourced accounting, technology solutions and blockchain consulting. I’m especially passionate about advising clients on getting started with digital assets, technical accounting issues, and technology solutions.
Results I have delivered
I’ve taken great joy in growing and developing the specialist team to enable the delivery of solutions to clients, that help them develop internal efficiencies and gain confidence on regulatory matters.
Unique things about me
I love to travel and experience new cultures. Five years ago, my husband and I decided to emigrate from the UK to Canada, without visiting the country beforehand. What was meant to be a one-to-two-year trip turned into a five-year experience and has resulted in my family and I becoming Canadian citizens.
When I am not at work
You can find me hiking, camping, skiing and sledding in the Canadian Rockies with my family!

In addition to being a Wall Street Blockchain Alliance member, I hold a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton and am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
