Jed has more than a decade of experience serving companies across multiple industries. At Aprio, he specializes in providing strategic consulting to clients on a broad range of inbound and outbound U.S. and international tax matters. Jed’s background includes repatriation planning, foreign tax credit planning, holding company and finance structures, foreign exchange matters, internal reorganizations, and post-acquisition integrations.
Experience
Jed has deep experience navigating the tax aspects of partnership ventures and has provided structuring for a multibillion-dollar M&A inversion transaction. His experiences as an international tax professional inform his development of innovative tax-saving strategies, including critical analysis and consulting on supply chain and transfer pricing considerations, business restructurings, and related U.S. international tax filings.
Jed also has experience providing tax due diligence and structuring for acquisitions. He routinely provides clients with comprehensive tax advice on corporate treasury matters, including capital contributions, intercompany loans, and cash pooling for liquidity and deployment needs. Furthermore, Jed counsels his clients on strategies to prevent or minimize withholding taxes on internal, business partner, and end-user transactions.

Jed earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College, a J.D. from Roger Williams School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and New York. His professional affiliations include the State Bar of Georgia and the New York State Bar Association.
