Who I work with
I serve on Aprio’s Enterprise Risk Management team and report directly to our Chief Risk Officer. I work closely with Aprio’s leaders to evaluate and adapt our policies and services to changing regulations, accounting and audit standards. I also serve on Aprio’s corporate development team guiding acquisition due diligence and new audit team adoption of Aprio processes and standards.
My specialty
I am a technical accounting, audit quality control and risk management specialist. I have deep expertise in GAAP financial reporting, analysis of financial statements for complex business combinations and the assessment of contracts and legal agreements. I strive to ensure we are positioning our clients and acquisition partners for success through high-quality services that exceed professional standards.

I have over 15 years of experience, helping clients and CPA firms manage the quality and accuracy of audit, financial reporting and consulting deliverables.
Unique things about me
Prior to joining Aprio, my family and I spent four months traveling the world. We toured the ancient ruins of Greece, visited tea farms in Kenya, marveled at mosques in Istanbul, played in a waterpark in Dubai and visited numerous Christmas markets throughout Europe.
When I am not at work
I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I love sharing my passion for traveling with my children and expanding their views of the world by exploring other cultures.

I received my Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business and my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Georgia. I am a member of the AICPA and the GACPA.
