Who I work with
I service middle market government contracting and technology clients and their entrepreneurial owners. From inception to liquidation, I’m there to help companies achieve their goals and mitigate their tax burden.
My specialty
I specialize in federal and state income tax compliance for business entities; buy and sell sides of M&A structuring, analysis and support; and planning, projections and cash flow management around taxes.
Results I have delivered
I’ve advised over 30 clients on M&A transactions in the last eight years with the largest transaction generating $890 million in sales proceeds.
Unique things about me
I enjoy being active in my community and serve on the board for Hearts and Homes for Youth, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving underprivileged and at-risk youth in the Maryland area.
When I am not at work
Currently, my fiancé and I are spending all our free time planning our wedding. We’ve also recently picked up pickleball and enjoy spending time with our families.
