Who I work with
I provide comprehensive tax compliance and consulting services for manufacturing and technology companies, primarily those with a pass-through structure. My clients range from early-stage startups, where I help foster their growth, to mature PE/venture-backed operating partnerships.
My specialty
I specialize in helping clients navigate the complexities of partnership taxation for companies or funds. My technical expertise with transactions that involve outside funding or redemptions of current partners helps clients maximize the benefits of a partnership structure, both at the company and partner-level.

Unique things about me
I have a goal to take my two boys to see a baseball game at every Major League Baseball stadium. My wife recently purchased a scratch-off map of the parks for us.
When I am not at work
I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the lake or ocean, and playing golf. As a Cincinnati native, I am an avid Bengals fan. As a University of Alabama alumnus, Crimson Tide football and basketball are passions of mine.

I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy. I am a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of CPAs.
