Frank earned his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MassCPAs), the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and The Massachusetts Restaurant Association (The MRA).
