Gabriela has extensive knowledge of IDIQ software development, the design and implementation of ESG solutions, and crafting RFPs and RFQs in response to Government bids, systems migrations and implementations, as well as KPI, team, vendor and client management. In standing up the ESG practice at Aprio, she has managed a team to create service offerings, develop a go-to-market strategy, establish an efficient business development process and use GoodLab software to help clients calculate, track, report and disclose accurate GHG emission metrics to meet compliance requirements.
