Experience
Over the course of his career, Tracey has worked with thousands of clients, forming benefits solutions and brainstorming what their needs are, now and in the future, as they look to maintain profitability and best-in-class services. Tracey works with key organizational decision-makers, including HR executives and directors, to perform an evaluation of their process, including benefits and HR functions. Through collaboration, Tracey helps his clients design comprehensive solutions that improve recruitment, attrition, and retention.

Tracy earned his bachelor’s degree in Administrative Recreation from Mars Hill University in Asheville, North Carolina.
