Who I work with
I work closely with CFO’s, controllers and business owners within the real estate development and property management industries. I provide high quality assurance and auditing services to companies of all sizes.
My specialty
I specialize in annual compliance and financial audits of Affordable Housing properties with Rural Development and HUD program involvement, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, Historic Tax Credit Cost Certifications and HUD REAC submissions. I leverage over two decades of experience in auditing Affordable Housing properties during the construction and rehab phase to deliver worry free timely filings.
Results I have delivered
I lead a team that successfully files 100+ HUD, RD and LIHTC audits and returns on time for clients each tax season. I oversee these audits from the planning phase to final submission.
Unique things about me
I used to cycle quite a bit and once rode 100 miles in a single day on the historic Savannah Century ride.
When I am not at work
I love spending time with my family and traveling to New York to see Broadway musicals. I am an avid reader and on average read one book a week.
