Experience
Nick began his career with a Big4 firm, where he worked with clients across the construction, restaurant, and manufacturing industries. This foundational experience provided him with deep insight into the financial and operational challenges facing companies in those sectors, which he continues to leverage today.
Currently, Nick specializes in helping restaurants grow from single-location businesses into multi-entity operations, advising on financing, site planning, and strategic expansion. He also supports individuals and entrepreneurs in launching new ventures to establish sound financial foundations. His broader industry experience includes hospitality, construction, and cleaning services.
Education & Affiliations
Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Italian from Rutgers University. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and Florida, and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Dedicated to community service, Nick serves on the board of the Padre Pio Prayer Group, supporting charitable efforts such as fundraising for childhood cancer research, community food banks, and organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
