David will help clients navigate the complexities of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and contract operations in the government contracting industry.

He has deep experience in Government Contract operations with a blend of government and industry experience. David specializes in contract management, proposals, and capture strategy & growth that help clients grow their businesses.
He previously worked as Director of Contracts at The Swift Group. At the time, David was responsible for overseeing the company’s contract, compliance, and risk operations, in addition to serving as a facility security officer and program manager. Prior to that, he served for 7 years as a Contracting Officer for the Intelligence Community, resigning as a Deputy Chief of Contracts for a mission unit.

David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University. He holds professional certifications on Program Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM).
