Aprio Named Top Workplace in Atlanta for Third Year by Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Aprio, LLP, a nationally-recognized, CPA-led business advisory firm, has been named a 2019 Top Workplace by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) in the midsize companies category (150-499 employees) for the third year in a row.

Since last year’s recognition, Aprio has continued to improve its team member experience rolling out an employee engagement tool to measure real-time team member satisfaction by obtaining feedback to further enhance Aprio’s culture and work environment. In response to feedback, Aprio launched Discretionary Time Off and flexible work policies in 2019 that will better allow for life/work fulfillment for Aprio team members. In addition, in 2019, Aprio announced an expanded maternity leave policy in which primary caregivers receive 12 weeks of paid leave and secondary caregivers receive 6 weeks.
