Who I work with
I work closely with businesses of all sizes from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. I help clients in technology, manufacturing, financial services, aerospace, defense, telecommunications, consumer goods and retail realize their eligibility to claim research credits.
My specialty
I use my technical experience to help clients optimize and document federal and state research credits while minimizing disruptions to business and tax operations. I advise tax and finance leaders seeking to increase cashflow and tax savings, and I help them sustain credits during IRS exams and appeals. Additionally, I have clients with complex tax issues, due diligence and transaction planning and providing R&D credit-related ASC 740 provision support and risk assessment.
Results I have delivered
During my 14 years of serving clients, I have successfully defended more than $150 million of R&D credit claims (net of adjustments) during IRS examinations and appeals.
