He advises tax and finance leaders seeking to increase cashflow and tax savings, and I help them sustain credits during IRS exams and appeals. Additionally, Dave supports his clients with complex tax issues, due diligence and transaction planning and providing R&D credit-related ASC 740 provision support and risk assessment.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia.
