I work with a wide range of privately held business owners with revenues between $2 – $15 million. Many of my clients come from the construction, manufacturing, distribution and specialty contracting industries.

I specialize in sales, relationship management and strategic consulting. With over 40 successful transactions, my clients have relied on my expertise in market analysis, valuation, exit strategy planning and negotiation to successfully help them transition out of their business.
Unique things about me
I have qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table numerous times, and I’ve attended countless leadership and business conferences. I’ve personally founded several real estate companies and ventures.
When I am not at work
When I’m not at work I love spending time with my wife Laurie and our two boys, Larry III and Levi. I love exercising and spending time outdoors, and my family and I love to travel whenever we get the chance. I also devote some of my time to my church and supporting my community.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Finance from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado. I am licensed with the Colorado Real Estate Commission and a member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI).
