Mark has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting advising clients in the blockchain and digital assets, technology, fintech, and financial services industries. He works closely with companies ranging from start-ups to matured businesses as well as publicly traded companies.

He specializes in assurance* and advisory services, including audits, reviews, compilations, and technical accounting. Mark enjoys thinking outside the box and approaching each engagement with an open mind and a practical view to business. He is passionate about always doing what is best for the client. Whether it is the MTL, MSB, or other requirements, Mark strives to meet the goals and deadlines for each client.
Education & Affiliations
Mark earned a Master of Science in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas, Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. In addition, Mark is an adjunct professor of accounting and an advisory board member at the San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business.
