Overview

Tim has almost 30 years of experience providing full third-party administrator services for qualified defined contribution plans, including plan consulting and design, compliance testing, review, and required governmental form preparation and filing. He works with businesses of all sizes and to help make it easier to provide employees superior 401(k) and other qualified retirement plans. Additionally, Tim works with business owners, HR professionals, and plan sponsors in companies ranging from 5 to 5000 employees.

Experience

Tim and his team provide Third-Party Administration, ERISA Compliance services, and retirement plan consulting for over 500 qualified plans covering more than 13,000 participants with plan assets of almost $1 billion. His main goal is to help clients and their staff reach the “Ultimate Next” – Retirement. Tim and his team do that by providing the process and tools necessary to help plan sponsors manage administrative burdens, maximize savings, control cost, and refrain from the compliance risks associated with offering retirement plans. Education & Affiliations

Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University. He has obtained the designations of Qualified 401(k) Administrator and Qualified Pension Administrator from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and is designated as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) from the Internal Revenue Service. Tim is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
