Carolyn Cope strives every day to deliver a better wealth management experience through seamless client onboarding. As the liaison between clients and advisors, Carolyn works behind the scenes to ensure client needs and questions are handled promptly.
Experience
Carolyn is constantly improving processes to ensure both internal and external client expectations are met and exceeded. She reviews analytics reporting to keep strategic goals on track and to maintain Aprio’s high level of customer service. In addition to onboarding new clients, Carolyn handles paperwork, account updates and openings, billing, filing, and reporting. Her regulatory duties include tracking and testing to help ensure policies and procedures are followed and regulations are up to date.
Detail-oriented and direct, Carolyn focuses on long-term goals to build processes that not only address today’s needs, but are scalable to advance the service clients enjoy as Aprio grows.
Education & Affiliations
Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
