I leverage my passion for crypto accounting, economic analysis and research to help clients successfully navigate financial due diligence on potential buy- and sell-side acquisitions. My specialties include quality of earnings analysis and financial reporting for M&A transactions.

I speak conversational Hindi. I am also an avid reader of anything relating to new technologies, crypto and macroeconomics.
When I am not at work
I enjoy traveling and I am a mediocre but committed golfer. I am also a huge UGA football fan and attend as many games during season as possible.
