My specialty
I specialize in financial due diligence and deal structuring for Aprio’s inorganic growth; ranging from structures like strategic combinations, mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, acquihires, capital investments, and strategic partner referral arrangements.
Results I have delivered
Since joining Aprio in 2022, I have led our cross-functional M&A team during our strongest period of inorganic growth in the firm’s 70-year history. After closing and integrating some historic transactions for Aprio, our team was recognized by Accounting Today as the #1 Fastest-Growing CPA & Business Advisory Firm in the US. In 2023 alone, we have grown the firm by over 50% from the previous year, resulting in over $125,000,000 in inorganic revenue growth, and adding over 600 team members through Aprio’s M&A activity.
Unique things about me
Growing up in North Jersey with two competitive brothers and two loving parents, I excelled in many things which always excluded two nagging weaknesses; reading and math. Today, I have a personal library of over 200 books and work with numbers for a living. As Winston Churchill famously said, “never let a good crisis go to waste.” Life is all about growth and overcoming challenges in pursuit of the best version of ourselves.
When I am not at work
I love spending time in nature, preferably with a pair of skis on. When I’m not in the office or traveling to our 20+ office locations across the globe, you can find me hiking and skiing in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.

I earned my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Montclair State University in New Jersey. I am also a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
