Who I work with
I work with CFOs and top human resources professionals at companies with over 120 employees that sponsor a retirement plan or funded health and welfare plan for which they have fiduciary responsibility.
My specialty
My specialty is performing employee benefit plan (EBP) audits. I also help my clients with plan accounting and ensure they are compliant with IRS and Department of Labor regulations. Additionally, I spend a significant amount of time supervising and developing my team members so we can continually improve all aspects of the EBP services we provide to our clients. We aim to always look ahead to what may impact our clients.
Results I have delivered
In 75% of first-year audits I perform, I find compliance issues that my clients did not know existed and help them with the necessary corrections to resolve the problems.
Unique things about me
My husband and I have recently decided to try and visit every US National Park, which is challenging since we live on the East Coast and most of the parks are located in the west, Alaska and Hawaii.
When I am not at work
Outside of work, I enjoy biking and hiking with my husband as well as reading on the beach.
People say I am
