I advise Private Equity clients in sizes up to $6 billion.
I have 25+ years of domestic and international audit and merger, acquisition, and divestiture due diligence experience. Prior to joining Aprio, I spent five years in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services group, two years in PwC’s Transaction Services group and eight years in Aurthur Andersen’s financial audit group.

I lead a growing team of professionals with over 75 years of combined Big 4 and middle market transaction experience. On average, I oversee 80 transactions annually and my team serviced $2 billion in Private Equity and Strategic transactions in 2019 alone.
