I recognized an opportunity for a client to claim $3 million of depreciation deductions related to a change in tax law that required an accounting method change.
Unique things about me
I recently started kayaking and love it! I’ll go out on the Potomac River and float for hours while fishing, it’s truly relaxing. I also like taking my dogs to the river and seeing them enjoy the water.
When I am not at work
I love the outdoors. You can find me kayaking, hiking, golfing, or taking my dogs to the dog park. Every summer I spend a week at the beach with my extended family of 40 or so. I also enjoy music. I am currently learning how to play the guitar, but my oldest daughter plays guitar, my son plays drums and my youngest daughter plays the keyboard.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Frostburg State University, a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola College of Maryland and a Master of Science in Taxation from American University. I am a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and a member of the AICPA and MACPA.
