Shiv has more than a decade of experience building large-scale global mobility teams in the tax profession, with a proven track record of success for multinational companies and cross-border individuals. Shiv will play a key role in enhancing Aprio’s Global Mobility team to serve enterprise global businesses across the country. With more than 45 languages spoken at Aprio, Shiv and the Global Mobility team will be a best-in-class partner for Tax Executives across the country, supporting clients’ global expansion and ensuring their executives and team members receive deep care for their U.S. tax needs. Over the next five years, Aprio plans to grow the Global Mobility team by five times under Shiv’s leadership, expanding its national market footprint and becoming a leading provider of comprehensive Global Mobility services.

Shiv began his career in consulting with a Fortune 500 corporation and then moved to professional services where his talents were quickly recognized, and he was elevated into decision-making roles. Prior to joining Aprio, he served as the leader of another accounting firm’s global mobility practice where he established a comprehensive global tax compliance and advisory services team.
