Salver & Cook to Join Fastest-Growing Aprio

Strategic combination expands firm’s international presence with entry into South and Central America

ATLANTA / FORT LAUDERDALE – June 28, 2023 – No. 1 Fastest-Growing Firm in the U.S. Aprio, LLP announced today that South Florida-based Salver & Cook, LLP will merge with the firm. Salver & Cook’s two partners, Cory Cook and Vanessa Piedrahita, and 20+ Miami based team members and 12 professionals in Medellin, Colombia, will join Aprio effective August 1, 2023.

Based in Weston, Florida (20 minutes west of Fort Lauderdale), the strategic combination with Salver & Cook will further enhance Aprio’s global capabilities and strengthen its position as a trusted advisor for foreign clients and multinational corporations engaging in cross-border business transactions. Aprio will absorb the firm’s Florida office, providing an initial entry point into the dynamic business landscape in Central and South America, as well as the firm’s offshore operations in Medellin, Colombia. The national and international expansion will play a pivotal role in supporting Aprio’s ambitious growth strategy and delivering exceptional team member and client experiences.
