Who I work with
I serve as the liaison between our clients and advisors. Although I am often behind the scenes, I ensure that our team members deliver each of our clients a better wealth management experience.
I am constantly improving processes to ensure both internal and external clients’ expectations are met and exceeded. I review analytics reporting to keep strategic goals on track and to maintain our high level of customer experience as our team grows. I onboard new clients and handle paperwork, account updates and openings, billing, filing and reporting. My regulatory duties include tracking and testing to ensure policies and procedures are being followed and registrations are up to date.
Unique things about me
I credit my service acumen to my experiences serving as a Small Business Coordinator in the Peace Corps in Senegal. There I learned the importance of being a keen observer, generous listener and forward-thinker. This industry requires that I keep my eyes on Aprio’s long-term goals to build processes that not only address today’s needs but are scalable to advance the service level our clients enjoy as Aprio grows.
When I am not at work
I love sharing my passion for travel and getting to know other cultures with my son. It’s exciting to see some of my old favorite destinations through his eyes! Locally, you will often find me paddling on the river or cheering on Atlanta United.
