
Overview
Christoper has over 15 years in public accounting and he focuses on helping high-net-worth individuals and families. His clients are involved in many different industries and include real estate professionals, physicians, attorneys, corporate officers, small business owners, investors, and people involved with family offices. Christopher also works with high-net-worth owners of closely held domestic and international corporations and partnerships across Northern California and the West Coast.
Experience
He has significant experience creating optimal structures and planning strategies for buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as tax planning for equity compensation and helping clients create tax-efficient strategies for income/gain realization events. Through his experience, Christopher was able to help a client shelter an income realization event totaling $20 million through advanced transactional tax planning.
He also helps his clients create innovative tax strategies that support their businesses and personal financial objectives. Christopher’s experience includes planning and compliance for income taxes, international taxation, and state and local taxes. He particularly enjoys the challenge of helping clients navigate California’s tax regulations.
Education & Affiliations
Christopher earned his Master of Taxation from Golden Gate University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama. He belongs to the Golden Gate Rugby Football Club, and is a former board member of Special Haven and the Special Kids Foundation.
